No one group is to comprise more than one-third of the total membership. Applications are screened by the Membership Committee, and then must be approved by a majority of the Executive Committee. Upon approval of your application you will receive written notification and you will be billed for: One time application fee (Application fee should be submitted with this form.) $35 Annual Dues $150* Total $185* (Note: If application is received after July 31st, the first year dues are $75)
